Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor to join our team. As a Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for managing all costs related to building projects, from initial calculations to final figures.
Key Responsibilities
- Produce and analyze project financial reports to ensure accurate tracking of costs.
- Manage contracts, including handling changes in work during construction, processing valuations, and final accounts.
- Identify, analyze, and develop responses to project risks.
- Advise on procurement strategy and ensure that projects are completed within budget and on time.
- Maintain effective communication with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in quantity surveying within the construction industry.
- Thorough understanding of construction contracts, procurement methods, and cost management.
- Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Familiarity with quantity surveying software and Microsoft Office Suite.
