The Arora Group, one of the largest independently owned hotel groups in the UK with over 5,500 bedrooms. Working with renowned brands such as Fairmont, Intercontinental, Crowne Plaza, Renaissance, Hilton, Holiday Inn Express, and Sofitel.

We are expanding our Talent Acquisition team and currently seeking an Assistant Talent Acquisition Manager to join us.

We need a skilled hospitality recruiter familiar with hiring for both corporate and Hotel Operational roles, with expertise in employer branding and talent attraction initiatives.

  • Support the Head of TA in executing the Talent Acquisition Strategy
  • Represent at Senior Stakeholder meetings when the Head of TA is unavailable, providing feedback and reports as necessary
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process for various team member, Team Leader, and Management positions
  • Provide guidance to Hiring Managers on best recruitment practices for timely vacancies filling
  • Utilize job boards effectively and efficiently for advertising vacancies, ensuring content accuracy and brand standards compliance
  • Offer advice on Recruitment approaches in alignment with Talent Acquisition policy
  • Participate in recruitment and attraction initiatives and events, acting as an ambassador for The Arora Group and its affiliated Brands

Requirements:

  • Proven talent forecasting and planning skills
  • Deep understanding of recruitment trends and tools
  • Experience in recruiting for Apprenticeships
  • Preferably, experience with major global hotel brands
  • Previous Senior stakeholder Management experience
