This is a great opportunity to work as HR and Talent Acquisition Assistant for high profile, well loved brand within Telecom sector.

We are looking for an enthusiastic HR and Talent Acquisition Assistant with experience in recruitment and new staff on boarding management

Key Responsibilities:


Working with the HR Business Partner, ensuring hiring managers are fully supported and trained in hiring practices to deliver a seamless candidate experience and consistent process.nOwn and administer the end to end recruitment process from screening CV, arranging technical assessment, organising online and onsite interviews, managing offer approval process, feedback within agreed SLAs, until on boarding.nProactively discover and connect potential candidates, generate talent maps to ensure a future pipeline of talents are built.nKeep accurate and up to date records and produce monthly reports detailing vacancy pipeline, time to hire and strategic proposals to ensure targets are met.nManage and support campus recruitment projects, maintain university relations, organise student competitions and attending student eventsnWork with the Admin and IT teams, to ensure a smooth on-boarding and off-boarding experience for new hires and leavers.nBe responsible to new starter Right to Work check.nManage employee right to work records to ensure they are legally obligated.nMaintain employee files, remove documents following the GDPR requests.nManage intern's end of internship assessment.nEnsure GDPR compliance throughout all HR processes.


Required Skills :
Should be a native speaker of Mandarin & English.nPrevious in-house recruitment/agency recruitment experience, particularly in ICT industrial is preferred.nContinuous improvement and focus on efficienciesnExceptional organisational and reporting abilitynStrong interpersonal and communication abilitynThe ability to build and maintain a network of contacts for building a future talent pipelinenExperience with managing hiring processesnTraining and supporting hiring managersnKnowledge or experience of hiring globally including an understanding of UK Visas and Immigration regulationsn" If interested and to know more about the role, please share you CV with me – "
