We Are Hiring: Talent Acquisition Lead

Company: A leading Biotechnology organization based in Hammersmith is seeking a dynamic individual to join their HR team for a new role as a Talent Acquisition Lead on a 6-month fixed-term basis.

Job Description:

  • Build strong relationships with Senior Leaders, hiring managers, and other Stakeholders of the business
  • Understand each business unit, their stakeholders, and future recruitment requirements to prioritize workload
  • Advertise and promote all roles on the Careers website and other internal/external means as required
  • Champion good recruitment process with all stakeholders
  • Develop and enhance processes and procedures to improve the recruitment experience for candidates and hiring managers
  • Build a strong relationship with HR and Finance teams to encourage collaboration with the business units for all recruitment activities
  • Work collaboratively with HR to support onboarding and offboarding of staff for the business

Requirements:

  • Hands-on Biotechnology/Life Science Talent Acquisition experience in an RPO or In-house model (essential)
  • Organized, diligent, and logical in managing key recruitment workflows
  • Working experience with Applicant Tracking Systems
  • Highly proficient with Microsoft 365
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

Contract Details: This is a 6-month fixed-term contract with the possibility of extension and potential conversion into a full-time role.

Work Arrangement: On-site presence required at least 2 days per week.
