Relish currently has over 100 employees who work all over the UK and into Europe including: National Cultural Events, Sporting Events, Weddings, High Profile Private Clients and Corporate Catering Contracts.


Job Description for a Staffing Coordinator:

  • Proactively reach out to businesses to identify temporary staffing needs.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their short term staffing requirements and providing timely solutions.
  • Managing shift coordination to guarantee comprehensive coverage and ensuring all staff have transportation arrangements to their assigned shifts.
  • Assist with administrative tasks, such as timesheet processing, payroll coordination, and maintaining accurate records in our database.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in recruitment, sales, and/or customer service.
  • Proven track record of meeting targets and delivering results in a fast paced environment.
  • Organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in IT skills (ie. CRM software, Excel, Word).
40 hours per week - actual hours to be agree

This role is office based but could be a hybrid office/working from home role in the future

Job Type:
Temporary contract

Pay:
From £26,000.00 per year
