We are seeking an experienced administrator to join our team as an Engineering Operations Administrator. This is a permanent, full-time opportunity based in rural Gloucestershire.
About the Role:This role will provide comprehensive administrative support to our engineering team, including key client contact. You will work closely with the directors and engineering team to ensure the smooth operation of our office.
Key Responsibilities:- Process customer invoices and work with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely payments.
- Manage material ordering and supplier relationships, negotiating favourable terms.
- Engage in marketing activities, including LinkedIn updates and website maintenance.
- Support the sales process by directing calls and taking details of customer enquiries.
- Provide administrative support for the wider business, including answering and directing telephone calls, updating calendars and planners, and overseeing stock control and inventory management.
We are looking for a highly organized and multitasking individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will be proficient in computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook and Office Suite.
A strong eagerness to learn and adapt to new tasks and responsibilities is essential for this role.
