As a Leisure & Fitness Apprentice, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our leisure centre while providing exceptional customer service.
We are currently recruiting for Exmouth Leisure Centre, Honiton Leisure Centre, and Sidmouth Leisure Centre's.What You'll Bring to the Role:
Your Development Journey:
Throughout your apprenticeship, you'll have the opportunity to develop essential skills and qualifications in various areas such as fitness instruction, lifeguarding, and swimming teaching.
You'll receive regular training and support to help you progress in your role, culminating in a full apprenticeship to the end point assessment.
Additionally, you'll gain valuable experience in administration, front-of-house support, and membership sales, setting a solid foundation for a rewarding career in the leisure industry.
