Are you passionate about fitness and ready to take on a leadership role in the health and exercise industry? We're looking for a Group Exercise Coordinator to join our team at Exmouth Leisure Centre and play a vital role in managing our group exercise programs.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Programming**: Keep our programs in line with industry trends and customer demands.
- Regularly review and update programs based on feedback and data, collaborating with the Senior Duty Manager to create growth strategies.
- Facilities and Equipment: Ensure high cleanliness and equipment standards in our exercise studios. Maintain equipment and replace as needed.

**Team**: Lead and support a team of qualified and motivated instructors.
- Conduct regular team meetings, implement new training and procedures, and ensure high standards of delivery through mentoring and reviews.

**KPI's**: Administer, monitor, and achieve various
- KPIs related to group exercise, including attendance, occupancy, income, customer satisfaction, and class cancellation.
- Regularly review KPIs with the Senior Duty Manager.

**Marketing**: Work with the Senior Duty Manager and Membership Sales Adviser to effectively promote our group exercise programs, meeting social media KPIs and organising special events and promotions.

**CPD**: Maintain your own professional development and deliver group exercise classes as agreed with the General Managers.

**Essential Skills and Qualifications**:

- Group exercise instructor qualifications
- Minimum 2 years’ experience delivering group exercise classes
- Leadership and motivational qualities
- Excellent communication skills
- Interest in sport, health, and exercise activity development
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Highly self-motivated & energetic

**Desirable Skills**:

- CIMSPA Recognised Level 2 fitness qualification
- CIMSPA Membership
- Customer service or sales experience
- Experience in managing or coordinating group exercise programs
- An understanding of budgets and targets
