Ready to take the helm as a Food and Beverage Team Leader at Ocean Exmouth? Get ready to dive into a dynamic role where you'll motivate your team, drive compliance, and fuel business growth. From overseeing food and beverage offerings to maintaining safety standards and promoting business development, your leadership will be pivotal. People management will be at the core of your responsibilities, ensuring team development, efficient rostering, and compliance with training requirements. And of course, you'll handle operational tasks with finesse, from cash management to stock control, ensuring a safe and seamless environment for all.
