Please see below key tasks and experience required:

  • Assist the Branch Manager with the preparation of all Hires that are sent through the branch, raising paperwork and actioning bookings on a timely basis.
  • Assist with arranging of the delivery of replacement hire vehicles to Clients.
  • Liaising with the Proximo branch network to secure suitable vehicles for Clients when applicable
  • Assist with updating clients on the progress of their hire
  • Assist in arranging timely collections of clients hire vehicles at the least cost to the business.
  • Assist with timely reporting of issues regarding collections of vehicles to HO to allow HO to review the file and advise.
  • Liaising with the Fleet and Hire team regarding the Local Authorities to arrange plating of taxis to meet the local authority's regulations
  • Checking and inputting driver hours, agency driver hours, expenses, and fuel costs onto inhouse computer system on a daily basis
  • Updating Client files with relevant information using the bespoke company system
  • Assist with keeping of all relevant paperwork for vehicles and hires up to date and accurate
  • Assist with accurately recording vehicle damage to vehicles and ensure vehicles are repaired and HO notified to company procedure.
  • Ensuring vehicles are maintained to company policies and procedures.
  • Assist with switchboard provision to ensure all calls are answered quickly and dealt with accuracy and efficiency
  • Dealing with Inbound Post ensuring all items of mail are allocated to the correct job.
  • Ensure all mail is posted to Head Office on a Daily Basis.
  • Other duties as agreed with Branch Manager as and when required

Skills Required:

  • Knowledge of internal processes, Tracs and Pro Claim
