The Role

As a key member of our administrative team, you will provide high-quality support to our medical and nursing staff, ensuring the efficient delivery of patient care. Your excellent communication skills and ability to prioritize tasks will enable you to effectively manage telephone and face-to-face enquiries from staff, patients, relatives, and carers.

You will work closely with our team to provide administrative support, ensuring the smooth operation of our services. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will be essential in maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with our policies and procedures.

What We're Looking For
  • A good basic education and basic understanding of office procedures.
  • Proficient in the use of software systems and good keyboard skills.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Contract Type and Location

This is a permanent, full-time position based in the Medical Admin/Clerical Department at University Hospital Monklands.
