Due to our continued success we are looking for a Fleet Quality Administration Assistant to join our business based at our Head Office in Milton Keynes.

The Fleet Quality Administration Assistant will be operate within the business in line with standard process, procedures and working practices of Dawsongroup. The job holder will also manage the recharges for bus and coach for both, vehicles on hire and vehicles that have off hired and returned from the customer.

Your main responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Processing the assessment of all vehicles and arranging immediate preparation for sale or onward rental
  • Organising vehicle off hire appraisals
  • Collating recharge information including checksheets and photos
  • Producing the off-hire paperwork as required
  • Communicating with customers
  • Generating invoices for recharges and loss of use
  • Communicating with repair agents and body shops
  • Raising purchase orders through to payment processing

We are looking for someone with:

  • Strong organisational skills
  • Excellent communication skills and numeracy
  • The ability to work under pressure
  • Computer literacy, ideally with experience in AS400, Word, Excel and general PC functions
  • Experience in an vehicle asset management business is desirable
