Newstaff Employment Services are currently recruiting for an Administration Assistant for a permanent role based in Rooksley Milton Keynes


We are ideally looking for someone that has worked within Car Fleet or knowledge around this area would be a huge bonus.

You will ideally need to have experience within in a similar role with hands on experience

Car Fleet:

  • Ensue car tracker is kept up to date
  • Coordinate vehicle maintenance records and provide support to staff car related problems
  • Deal with new car bookings for employees and return of vehicles after lease expiry
  • Work with car fleet providers to ensure vehicles are kept in best roadworthy condition

HR Department:

  • Provide administrative support
  • Support the recruitment process
  • Typing correspondence
  • Filling
  • Other tasks and responsibilities as required

Other Duties:

  • Support the senior management team
  • Plan, take detailed minutes
  • Assist in the preparation of regular reports
  • Ad hoc duties
  • Using MS office, word, and excel

Skills:

  • Excellent organisation and time management skills
  • Ability to prioritise and work under pressure
  • Confidentiality
  • Strong IT and typing skills
  • Good teamworking skills
  • Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills, wih the ability to converse at Director and Board level

Shifts & Salary:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Up to 30k depending on experience
