Main Responsibilities:

  • Order Management: Accurately inputting orders into the systems in a timely manner
  • Accounting and Invoicing: Executing daily invoice posting with precision and timeliness
  • Accounts and Receivables Management: Ensuring timely customer payments and maintaining solid customer relations
  • Sales Support: Providing exceptional customer service via phone and email, resolving queries effectively
  • Financial Reporting: Generating regular financial reports to monitor the UK branch's financial performance
  • Payroll Duties: Executing tasks for monthly employee payroll, preparing management reports, and ensuring year-end payroll compliance
  • Team Management: Collaborating with the UK and Spanish teams to align everyone with company objectives and processes
  • Contract and Negotiations Management: Keeping all warehouse, electrical, and service contracts up to date and leading cost-effective renewal negotiations

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Spanish and English (native in one, proficiency level in the other)
  • Experience in Administration and financial management tools like XERO
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Own vehicle for workplace in Bletchley, Milton Keynes
  • Working hours: Monday to Thursday from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, Friday from 8:30 am to 4:00 pm with a half-hour lunch break
