Main tasks:
Order Management:
You will be responsible for adding orders into the systems in an accurate
and timely manner.
Accounting and Invoicing:
You will carry out daily invoice posting, ensuring accuracy and
timeliness in all financial records.
Accounts and Receivables Management:
You will review accounts and ensure that customer
payments are made as agreed, maintaining strong customer relationships.
Sales Support:
You will handle telephone calls and emails at a sales level, providing excellent
customer service and resolving any queries effectively.
Financial Reporting:
You will generate regular financial reports to provide a clear view of the
UK branch's financial performance.
Payroll Duties:
Perform necessary tasks to complete accurate and successful monthly
employee payroll. Prepare monthly management reporting and ensure end of year
compliance for payroll. Fully coherent on payroll systems that support the business.
Team Management:
You will work closely with the UK and Spanish team, ensuring that
everyone is informed and aligned with the company's objectives and processes.
Contract and Negotiations Management:
You will be responsible for keeping all contracts
relating to the warehouse, electrical and other services up to date, as well as leading
negotiations for their renewal in a timely and cost-effective manner.
Requirements:
- Language: Spanish and English, one fluent and the other one, at
- Administration, use of XERO or other financial management tools
- Microsoft Excel
- Own Vehicle
Workplace:
Bletchley, Milton Keynes
Hours:
Monday to Thursday from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm and 8.30Am to 4.00Pm on a Friday
with a half hour for lunch.
Holidays: 24 days paid holiday, plus public and bank holidays per year
Pension:
