Based at stylish contemporary offices in a picturesque rural setting, the successful applicant will play a crucial part in providing administration and basic paraplanning support to the team.
As Client Relationship Administrator, you will have the following duties and responsibilities:
- Maintaining accurate client information on Salesforce
- Preparing client meeting packs and sign up forms
- Chasing new business pipeline transactions ensuring they are completed smoothly and speedily
- Processing new business, completing fund withdrawals and other transactions
- Working alongside the technical paraplanning team
- Helping the advisers prepare for client meetings, ensuring all necessary documentation is produced
We're looking for a Client Relationship Administrator with the following skills and experience:
- Extensive experience in administration, ideally in a Financial Planning or Wealth Management environment
- Previous St James's Place experience would be advantageous
- IT proficient, with a good knowledge of MS Outlook, Word and Excel
- Keen to advance your career through professional development
- Professional and engaging communication style, both verbally and in writing, with the ability to liaise confidently and effectively with clients and colleagues
- Evidence of producing professional documents and correspondence to a consistently high standard, with excellent grammatical accuracy and attention to detail
- Works with a positive, teamfocused approach
