We're seeking a highly motivated and organized Mortgage Administrator / Client Account Manager to join our team at TMP The Mortgage People.
This is a busy and demanding role with serious potential for progression in the future. You'll work closely with our Mortgage and Protection Consultant team to provide exceptional customer service and support.
Key Responsibilities- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
- Process mortgage and protection applications efficiently and effectively
- Communicate with clients and stakeholders via phone and email
- Manage customer database and perform general office admin tasks
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in computer software and systems
- Good numeracy and literacy skills
