As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing mortgage and protection applications, and maintaining our customer database.
Key Responsibilities- Build and maintain strong relationships with our existing clients
- Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and efficient manner
- Process mortgage and protection applications, ensuring timely completion and follow-up
- Provide administrative support to the Mortgage and Protection Consultant team
- Manage our customer database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information
