The Role:

We're seeking a highly motivated and organized Mortgage Administrator / Client Account Manager to join our team. This is a busy and demanding role with significant potential for progression and growth. As a key member of our team, you'll have the opportunity to work closely with our Mortgage and Protection Consultant team to deliver outstanding results for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with our existing clients to ensure they feel valued and supported
  • Responding to client enquiries in a timely and efficient manner, both over the phone and via email
  • Processing mortgage and protection applications, and following up to ensure timely completion
  • Providing exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty
  • Managing our customer database to ensure accurate and up-to-date information
  • Performing general office administration tasks as required

Requirements:

  • Ambitious and enthusiastic individual with a passion for working as part of a team
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to speak confidently on the telephone
  • Computer literacy, with full training provided on any specialist software
  • A self-starter with strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Good numeracy and literacy skills, with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail
  • Previous experience in a similar role is desirable, but not essential
