Customer Experience Coordinator

Hours:
Monday to Friday 09:00 to 17:00 (Some additional hours as required with international time zones)

Salary:
Circ £26,000


My client based in Bury St Edmunds is seeking a Customer Experience Coordinator to join their lively and busy team.

The successful applicant will be responsible for a variety of essential administrative tasks and assisting with customer points of contact along their journey.

The Customer Experience team sits within the Operations department, and the Customer Experience Coordinator plays a crucial role in ensuring the whole department runs smoothly.


You will also need to be a personable individual, happy to communicate with customers, assist with general customer queries and work closely on relevant projects with the rest of the Customer Experience team.

You will be a pro-active individual who is always looking for ways to improve our existing processes with the customer at the heart of every decision.


  • Knowledge and skills required:
  • Strong planning, organisation skills and time management skills to multi-task and deal with a varied workload, ensuring the needs of the customer are always achieved and put first
  • Enthusiastic and self-motivated with a can-do attitude
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask

  • Ability to prioritise workload using own initiative to meet deadlines
  • Ability to work on own initiative with mínimal supervision as well as part of a team
  • Good computer skills (Word, Excel, SharePoint) and Salesforce, or other CRM, experience essential

  • Continuous improvement of CRM processes
  • Distributing confirmation and program details
  • Processing and sending information out
  • Processing successful identification badges
  • Data input and management
  • Assist with participants queries
  • Assist with participants attendance queries
  • Updating resellers regularly and accurately
