Salary:
£11 - £13 per hour

Hours:
Flexible, around 20 hours per week. We're happy to accommodate school hours where applicable.

Your Role Will Include:

  • Contributing to our digital marketing and social media strategies.
  • Creating engaging content, including videos for social media.
  • Administering and maintaining our Customer Relationship Database.
  • Liaising with clients and prospects, ensuring their needs are met with the highest level of service.
  • Organising events and seminars that drive engagement and value to our clients and prospects.
  • Providing comprehensive support to the Managing Director (MD), including organising schedules and correspondence.
  • Supporting the MD with client and supplier relations.
  • Crafting handwritten communications that add a personal touch to our interactions.
  • Coordinating office operations to ensure efficiency and harmony.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Savvy using social media platforms.
  • An eye for detail and a creative mind that thinks outside the box.
  • A resultsdriven approach and excellent phone etiquette.
  • Proficiency in computer skills and a selfmotivated, positive attitude.

Desirable:

  • Familiarity with CRM systems.
  • Experience with WordPress.
  • Design skills, particularly with Canva.
