Job Description

  • Provide legal advice and guidance on a range of legal matters
  • Support the legal team in managing risk and ensuring regulatory compliance
  • Draft, review and negotiate contracts and agreements
  • Assist with legal disputes and litigation cases
  • Conduct legal research and keep up to date with changes in law
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across the organisation
  • Maintain confidentiality and professional ethics
  • Contribute to the legal team's projects and initiatives

The Successful Applicant

A successful Junior Legal Counsel should have:

  • A qualified solicitor within commercial contracts or commercial litigation
  • Excellent legal research and analysis skills
  • Experience in drafting and reviewing contracts
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • A sound understanding of the leisure, travel and tourism sector
  • A proactive approach and the ability to work autonomously
