Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced In-House Counsel to join our team. As a key member of our legal department, you'll play a critical role in supporting our business operations and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide legal advice and guidance to our business teams on a range of commercial and contractual matters.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including our Chief Legal Officer and Head of Legal.
  • Review, draft, and negotiate commercial contracts, including data and software agreements.
  • Advise on contract terms and obligations, and provide training to our business teams on contract management.
  • Collaborate with our insurance partners and suppliers to review and amend Terms of Business Agreements.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience as an In-House Counsel or in private practice.
  • Formal legal professional qualification (e.g. Solicitor, Barrister).
  • Strong commercial background with experience in drafting and negotiating commercial contracts.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
