We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Legal Executive to join our team at PA Housing. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in shaping our neighbourhoods and driving operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Focus: Champion a customer-centric approach, lead with our resident strategy, and cultivate stakeholder relationships to swiftly resolve issues and remove obstacles.
  • Operational Delivery: Own outcomes within the Tenancy Legal function, ensuring compliance throughout, provide expert legal guidance and support on tenancy, eviction proceedings, and enforcement matters, and represent PA in legal proceedings as needed.
  • Strategic Thinking: Collaborate with other teams to align strategies, ensure our Residents Strategy is central to our organisational goals, and shape and deliver our 'You and Your Neighbourhood' initiative.
  • Stakeholder Relationships: Build strong ties with residents, community groups, authorities, and stakeholders, manage legal aspects of tenancy agreements, disputes, and counsel, and represent PA Housing at forums and meetings.
  • Team Leadership: Inspire, motivate, and develop your team members, promoting openness and honesty, foster a positive, collaborative environment, and ensure team performance aligns with business objectives.
Requirements
  • Experience as a senior manager in the dynamic world of housing and tenancy law.
  • Proven track record in navigating the complexities of tenancy law and legal compliance.
  • Ability to connect with a diverse range of stakeholders and provide high-quality service and satisfaction.
  • Strategic planning and execution skills, with a focus on driving innovation and continuous improvement.
