For those starting as a Junior Assistant, the role involves initiating new files, managing estate agent communications, and preparing vital documentation for property sales and purchases.

Progressing to the Assistant level, one will handle more complex tasks such as responding to pre-contract enquiries and coordinating contract exchanges, demonstrating a deeper understanding of the conveyancing process.

All roles require a keen eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Exceptional communication skills are essential, as is the capacity to address client queries with confidence and professionalism.

The working hours are 9 am to 5 pm, Monday to Friday.
