Job Opportunity:

Thornton Legal, a specialist legal recruitment agency, is seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join their property team at their office.

The Role:

  • You will be working with a team of experienced conveyancers and support staff on a range of residential conveyancing matters, including buying, selling, auctions, transfer of equity, leases, and right to buy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Running a residential case load from onset to completion with minimal supervision.
  • Working effectively individually and as part of a team to achieve business objectives.
  • Ensuring high-quality work and meeting deadlines through excellent time management and organizational skills.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in residential conveyancing with a strong track record of successful case completions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment.
