Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a diverse caseload of residential and commercial conveyancing from start to finish, ensuring timely and efficient completion of transactions.
  • Conduct thorough due diligence, including title checks and property searches, to identify potential issues and mitigate risks.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, leases, and other legal documentation to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other stakeholders in the conveyancing process, providing expert advice and support to ensure their best interests are represented.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in property law and conveyancing practices, maintaining a high level of expertise and knowledge to provide exceptional service to clients.
  • Comply with all regulatory and legal standards, maintaining accurate and detailed records of all transactions.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Solicitor with at least 3 years PQE specializing in conveyancing, with a strong understanding of property law and conveyancing practices.
  • Demonstrable experience in both residential and commercial conveyancing, with a proven track record of managing high-volume workloads efficiently.
  • Exceptional communication and client service skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Detail-focused with excellent organizational abilities, with a strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Proficient with conveyancing software and legal technologies, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and processes.
