We are seeking a dedicated and organized Residential Conveyancing Paralegal to join our busy property department at QED Legal. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting our lawyers with various tasks, including post-completion work, file opening, quotes, billing, and handling client calls.
Key Responsibilities:- Support our team with post-completion work, file opening, and quotes
- Update our case management system, LMS lender exchange, and Help to Buy portals
- Ensure all client information and documents are kept up-to-date and compliant
- Provide high standards of client care and effective communication with colleagues and third parties
- Minimum 12 months of experience in a similar residential conveyancing role
- Strong focus on post-completion work
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Keen eye for detail and proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Familiarity with case management systems and effective communication skills
