Residential Conveyancing Paralegal Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and organized Residential Conveyancing Paralegal to join our busy property department at QED Legal. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting our lawyers with various tasks, including post-completion work, file opening, quotes, billing, and handling client calls.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support our team with post-completion work, file opening, and quotes
  • Update our case management system, LMS lender exchange, and Help to Buy portals
  • Ensure all client information and documents are up-to-date and compliant
  • Provide high standards of client care and effective communication with colleagues and third parties
Requirements:
  • Minimum 12 months of experience in a similar residential conveyancing role
  • Strong focus on post-completion work
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Keen eye for detail and proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Familiarity with case management systems and effective communication skills
