Residential Conveyancing Paralegal

We are seeking a skilled Residential Conveyancing Paralegal to join our team at Thornton Legal. As a key member of our property department, you will be responsible for handling a variety of tasks including post-completion work, file opening, generating quotes, billing, and filing.
Key Responsibilities- Post-completion work, including managing updates on LMS lender exchange and Help to Buy Portals
- File opening, generating quotes, and billing
- Call handling and updating the case management system to ensure compliance and accuracy of client details and documents
To be successful in this role, you will have proven experience in residential conveyancing, particularly in post-completion work. Strong organisational and time management skills, along with keen attention to detail, are essential. You should demonstrate excellent client care and effective communication skills with colleagues and third parties. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and some experience with a case management system are also required.
