Join an award-winning Unicorn in the MarTech space that are seeking a Head of Sales (player/coach) to join their growing team in the UK

While professional experience and qualifications are key for this role, make sure to check you have the preferable soft skills before applying if required.

They are a hyper-growth scale-up that have been consistently named as a leader in their space by the likes of G2, Gartner and Forrester and have attracted the backing of top investors.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the sales team to achieve and exceed annual sales targets and drive growth.
  • Understand clients' industries and needs to provide tailored solutions using our products, aiding their path to omnichannel personalization and digital growth.
  • Identify new market opportunities and stay informed about competitive products and industry shifts.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies and programs to attract and secure key customers.

Requirements:

  • At least 8 years of experience in enterprise sales within SaaS (bonus if you have MarTech experience)
  • Minimum 5 years of experience managing a sales or business development team.
  • Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with customers, particularly at the executive level, demonstrating excellent communication and listening skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic startup environment

Compensation:

  • £110K - £140K base (depending on experience) + bonus
