Job Description:

We do this by making our buildings and services more sustainable, together with our suppliers and the business. As a Facility Officer for our London office you are directly contributing to this

Your position
As a Facility Officer you manage the services and processes in our London office on an operational level.

You ensure an efficient, compliant and comfortable working environment for the staff and visitors at the office by constantly improving services.

You will be communicating closely with our business to understand their needs on an operational level and to enable our new hybrid way of working.

In your daily work you will be dealing with a lot of different internal and external stakeholders.

You will be the first point of contact for all operation Real Estate & Facility Management requests at our London office.

To give you an idea of your tasks and responsibilities in this role, you will be dealing with the following:

  • Managing essential central services (such as security, maintenance, mail, archiving, cleaning, catering, waste disposal and recycling.)
  • Work alongside and in conjunction with the front of house receptionist;
  • SPOC for facility service requests ( such as ordering stationary, meeting room bookings, catering requirements)
  • Utilisation of space and resources for current premises;
  • Attending tenant meeting;
  • Responding appropriately to emergencies or urgent issues as they arise;
  • Managing third party contractors engaged at the office;
  • Budget management;
  • Managing contracts on an operational level (topics differ);

To succeed as Facility Advisor, you need to be communicative and have the ability to collaborate constructively with many internal and external stakeholders.

You are a team player and are able to improve the office experience of our colleagues and visitors in an efficient manner.


Furthermore, you bring the following qualifications with you:

  • Understanding of RE&FM business
  • At least two years of working experience in Facility Management
