Role Overview
Responsible for performing advanced daily routine and clerical duties for the Bank in a key administrative or executive position.

As part of the administration team, initiate, coordinate and implement clerical and maintenance functions as required.

About you


You will need to be aged 18 or over, a confident communicator in both Turkish and English who is a team player with the drive to provide a friendly and professional service at all times.

A good IT knowledge is also key. You must be flexible and available to work Monday to Friday on a 08:00-20:00 shift pattern.

Duties

  • Provide support in premises, liaising with contractors, supervising cleaning arrangements, maintaining and updating maintenance contracts, etc.
  • Maintaining front office environment and booking of facilities
  • Order and control stationery and furniture in line with the Purchasing Policy.
  • Deal with incoming and outgoing posts
  • Carry out regular patrols of the Bank's premises and reporting any security issues on a regular basis
  • Monitor and control health, safety and maintenance standards within head office & branches and reporting H&S issues and concerns to the Health and Safety Officer
  • Complete all necessary reports including incident reports, noise reports, accident reports and others as required
  • Stocking printed materials, stationary, forms, cleaning goods etc. and delivering these to the relevant locations and departments
  • Visiting branches for their facility needs
  • Alarm & CCTV monitoring
  • Arranging stationary, forms etc between branches and Head Office
  • Locking & unlocking premises if needed
  • Meet and greet if necessary
  • Support to filing, statements, relevant mailing as required
  • Assisting facilities department day to day requirements
Act as Health & Safety Representative.

Skills required

  • A levels preferred however educated to GCSE level considered.
  • Minimum of 1 to 2 years administrative experience, preferably gained within a bank.
  • Articulate and verbally fluent, in English and Turkish.
  • A working knowledge of Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
  • A courteous and approachable manner
  • Proven organisational and planning skills
  • A responsible, enthusiastic, selfmotivated and flexible approach to work
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure to a high standard
  • Good team worker, with a flexible attitude and willingness to undertake and reprioritise any of the tasks of other team members, even at short notice.
  • Basic knowledge of Health and Safety requirements, and premises management.
Holder of first aid certificate or willing to undertake relevant training.
