Estates and Facilities Management provide a wide and varied set of services on campus. From gardening to heating, post room, portering, switchboard and security, to timetabling and room bookings to building new facilities. We are here to help.

The estate affects everyone at Goldsmiths; staff, students and visitors alike are all influenced by the environment around them, and it's our job to ensure the campus is welcoming and fit for purpose.

About The Role
We're looking for a customer-focused individual to join us as Estates & Facilities Resource Officer.

Working on the Help Desk, they will be the first point of contact for all staff and students reporting issues and requesting services on campus.

The role also provides administrative and operational support to colleagues within the department.
About The Candidate
You will have excellent communication and administration skills from working in a customer service environment. Proficient using Microsoft Office applications, internet based software systems and attention to detail and accuracy.

You will also have an understanding of the responsibilities and services of the department and its impact on the student experience.
