Permanent, full time - 40 hours per week
Responsibilities
As a Helpdesk Administrator, you will provide operational administration support to enable the operational managers and helpdesk team members to deliver all operational requirements on the Waltham Forest Schools FM contract.
Your day to day will include:
- Acting as main point of contract for reactive and planned tasks.
- Ensuring management processes and procedures are followed to comply with all KPI's, SLA's and performance targets
- Receiving and logging calls to the Helpdesk facility, identifying user requests and forward and prioritising for action
- Providing general office support functions including photocopying, scanning, filing etc.

- You have proficient IT skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- You can work in a fast moving, timebound environment with excellent telephone manner
- You have experience working in a helpdesk or administration role
