Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the team and assist with daytoday operations
  • Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings
  • Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and reports
  • Maintain filing systems and ensure documents are organized and easily accessible
  • Assist with travel arrangements and expense reporting
  • Assist with project coordination and followup on action items
  • Conduct research and compile data for various projects or presentations
  • Assist with event planning and coordination

Skills:

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
