About Our Client:

Our client is a leading health care provider.

They are looking for a Temporary Customer Service Advisor to join their Manchester team on a temporary basis, with the view of being made permanent.


As a Temporary Customer Service Advisor you will:

  • Undertaking a variety of administrative duties including clerical support to the clinical team.
  • Responding to third party providers in a timely fashion, adhering to SLAs.
  • Liaising with doctors and patients to ensure information is provided before, during and after the visit.

The Successful Applicant:

To be successful in this role:

  • Experience within call centre environments
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Great attention to detail
  • Knowledge of outlook packages
