The Therapeutic Care Administrator will support the day-to-day activity within the Therapeutic Care Office at James Cook Hospital.

We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic, motivated administrator to support our busy Therapeutic Care Office team.

The post holder will:

  • Welcome all staff, volunteers, and visitors to the Therapeutic Care Office, creating a welcoming and supportive atmosphere.
  • Input accurate data relating to all aspects of the team and maintain confidential and efficient databases
  • Ensure that documentation is printed and available for use by all members of the team
  • Maintain an effective office support system including filing, photocopying, laminating of documents, etc.
  • Input Feedback from team evaluations
  • Support staff with daytoday activities when required
  • Open and distribute all internal / external mail
  • Maintain a sign in / out record of all equipment from the Therapeutic Care Team Office
  • Receive incoming phone calls, take messages, and pass on, as appropriate, in a confidential and timely manner
