Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the care team, promoting a culture of excellence and person-centered care.
  • Manage and allocate duties to ensure a high-quality delivery of care to residents.
  • Supervise and mentor care staff, providing coaching and feedback to support their growth and development.
  • Ensure effective assessment, planning, and implementation of resident care plans, in collaboration with the care team.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, adhering to regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of quality improvement initiatives, enhancing the overall care experience for residents.
Requirements:
  • Medication management and administration experience.
  • Experience working with older adults, preferably in a residential or nursing care setting.
  • NVQ Level 2 in Social Care or equivalent, with a commitment to achieving NVQ Level 3 within 12 months.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with residents, families, and colleagues.
  • Self-motivated and confident, with a passion for delivering high-quality care and supporting the growth and development of the care team.
