At WithYou, we are in search of a Head of Internal Communications to become part of our team. This is a full-time position covering maternity leave until August 2025. As part of the Marketing and Communications directorate led by the Executive Director, you will play a key role in elevating the profile of WithYou, our clients, and our colleagues. Your responsibility in this position is to lead the internal communications and engagement strategy, ensuring our team comprehends and contributes to our objectives and direction.

You will focus on enhancing communications, engagement, and channel delivery across the organization, leading the transition to an interactive platform and implementing a new internal content strategy. Additionally, you will establish strong relationships to guide, influence, and provide clear leadership on all internal communications activities, assisting in shaping a new organizational strategy and other initiatives supported by staff insights.

  • Digital platform development and rollout experience
  • Strong channel and event management experience
  • Understanding of research and evaluation

  • Ability to listen, engage, influence, and build relationships
  • Exceptional communication skills and the ability to engage people across a large, diverse organization
  • Ability to work flexible hours as required
