We're now looking for a new Head of Internal Comms (the last one has gone to work alongside our CEO as his business manager). You'll lead a small but mighty team that punches well above its weight. It pulls off acts of magic every week, whether that's through engaging colleagues around our strategy and annual plan, developing narratives to support change transformation, working with our Culture team to launch our EVP, bring our Values to life or work hand in hand with our small events team to run all Leadership events AND our annual Peak Event which is the biggest tech retail event in the UK, bringing the top brands under one roof.

A bit about you:
This is the environment where you can prove just how good you can be. You have to be strategic and tactical, able to create leadership engagement strategies at the same time as writing copy, creating films and delivering events.
You've already built up an outstanding track record in Internal Comms and you're now looking to take it up to the next level. If you have the skill and the will, you can do that here. We're not looking for someone who only cares about blasting out emails, PowerPoints and videos and creating a tonne of noise with no cut-through; this is about creating communications that connect with our colleagues.

We want to supercharge front line engagement in our stores, supply chain sites and contact centres. You are going to help us do that.
We want to help our leaders and managers harness the power of comms to connect and engage with their teams. You are going to help us do that.
We want to deliver outstanding moments that matter in the colleague experience. You are going to help us do that.
And of course, we want to inspire our teams and build excitement about the future and where we're headed. You can't wait to help us do that.

You'll be creative and process-driven because you know the importance of both. You'll be a skilled writer who can create impactful copy, and you'll relish the opportunity to start creating digital content for use across our multiple channels.
You'll also be passionate about surfacing insights to influence our comms planning and you'll only care about outcomes, not outputs. And you'll be able to spin multiple plates without dropping them.
