Group Head of Internal Communications

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Group Head of Internal Engagement to join our Business Services team at 3Search. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing internal engagement strategies that drive business results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Head of Marketing to design and execute internal engagement plans that align with business objectives
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders across the business
- Lead large-scale projects and initiatives that drive employee engagement and retention
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in employee engagement and internal communications
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in employee engagement and internal communications
- Proven track record of delivering firm-wide strategies and initiatives
- Experience working in a corporate/B2B environment
What You'll Need to Succeed:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of employee engagement principles and practices, as well as excellent communication and project management skills. You will also need to be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
