Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement a strategic internal communications plan that aligns with our business objectives and values
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with senior stakeholders across the organization, including our CEO, Director of Corporate Affairs, and other senior leaders
  • Lead the development and delivery of internal communications campaigns, including email, intranet, and other channels
  • Collaborate with our Marketing and People teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all internal communications

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in internal communications and apply this knowledge to inform our strategy and tactics

Requirements

  • Proven experience in internal communications, preferably in a fast-paced and dynamic organization
  • Strong strategic thinking and planning skills, with the ability to develop and implement comprehensive communications plans
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling and engaging content for various audiences
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple projects and deadlines
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, People, and senior leadership
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to measure the success of internal communications initiatives and identify areas for improvement
