  • Answer and direct phone calls, taking messages as necessary
  • Provide information to callers and visitors, ensuring a positive experience
  • Perform clerical duties such as filing
  • Schedule appointments and manage calendars
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area
  • Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
  • Proficient in computer skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and administrative tasks
  • Professional phone etiquette and customer service skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Shift pattern: 7am - 2pm/ 1.30pm-9.30pm/9.00am-5.00pm

5 days over 7, occasional weekend off
