Receptionist/administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Receptionist. As the first point of contact for our company, the Receptionist plays a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and maintaining a professional and welcoming atmosphere.
**Responsibilities**:
Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner
Answer and direct phone calls, taking messages as necessary
Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
Perform general clerical duties, such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
Assist with administrative tasks as needed
Checking guests in and out
Daily and weekly banking
Shift pattern 7am -2pm/ 1.30pm-9.30pm/ 9am-5pm
**Requirements**:
Excellent typing skills with high accuracy
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
Exceptional phone etiquette and communication skills
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From £11.50 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 35 per week
