About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Academic Administrator at Hundith Hill Hotel. This is a full-time, permanent position that requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in office software.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming calls, directing them to the appropriate personnel while maintaining excellent phone etiquette.
  • Manage the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable at all times.
  • Perform clerical duties including data entry and maintaining accurate records.
  • Support team members with various office tasks as required.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in an office or receptionist role is preferred.
  • Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to perform data entry accurately and efficiently.
