  • Plans and oversees enterpriselevel supportand service activities for company products and services for adesignated client or group of clients.
  • Ensures quality service and operationalperformance within the parameters of program and deliverystandards.
  • Developsclient relationship and understanding of client business andproduct installations to identify service needs plan servicedelivery and drive use of proactive service and support mechanismsto reduce client downtime and support costs.
  • Acts as single point of clientcontact to coordinate resolution of service incidents andescalation of technical issues.
  • Collaborates with sales and support groups todemonstrate value of support offering to client and identifyopportunities for expanded support business.
