We are looking for a
Commercial Support Specialist
for Metsa Wood UK - Boston
We are looking for a Commercial Support Specialist, the role will support the Head's Of Upgrading and Engineered Wood Sales and be a bridge of communication between the Sales and Commercial Finance departments.
The role is responsible for supporting both the Sales and Finance team with the maintenance of SAP master data, collation of customer rebates and processing of Woodshaving bale orders.
This role also supports both the sales team and our customers with scheduled and adhoc report generation.The successful applicant will be somebody with good IT skills and experience in data processing and report generation.

The main responsibilities for the role are:
Master Data Maintenance in SAP
- Customer Addresses
- Updating Pricing Files
- Picking and Delivery Text
- EDI Details and Links
- New User number creation in SAP
- IT requests for new users to access SAP and my Client
- Updating SAP on a quarterly basis
- Customer facing price file creation
- Internal price file creation into workspace quote for sales team
- Monthly and Quarterly calculation of customer rebates
- Sense check these with Commercial Finance
- Distribute this information amongst Account Managers and where appropriate with customers.
- Process customer credit notes against rebates
- Receipt daily bales orders from our 2 woodshavings customers
- Arrange deliveries with our hauliers
- Raise Purchase Requisitions to send to suppliers
- Volume and Value
- By Branch information
- By Product information
What do we expect from you?
- Previous Data Processing Experience
- Experience in dealing with commercial systems (SAP preferred)
- Strong IT skills, Excel & SAP
- Strong communication skills
- Positive approach, motivated by continuous improvement
