We are seeking Hatchery Operative on Early Mornings and Days shift immediate start. A competitive hourly rate plus bonus and overtime. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Hatchery Operative to join an established family run business in Boston, Lincolnshire. This is a full-time permanent opportunity which offers an attractive salary and completive benefits structure.

As our Hatchery Operative, you will ensure the welfare of day-old chicks and maintain the high standards of quality, hygiene, animal welfare, health and safety that are required.

duties will also include bedding, egg collecting and grading. This is your opportunity to join a fantastic team

Shifts:

  • Monday to Friday
  • 8 hour shifts
  • Early: 03:00am start time
  • Early: 11:30am Finish time

Requirements:

  • Flexible and hard working
- must have own transport

  • Enthusiastic and a positive attitude to teamwork
  • Ability to work shifts (start times can range from 3am to 5am)
  • Previous production/factory experience is desirable
  • All training is provided

Wages:

  • Pay will be £10.92ph
  • Overtime paid at time and a half.
