Key Responsibilities:
  1. Supervise and coordinate daily activities of hatchery operatives to ensure optimal incubation and hatching conditions.
  2. Train, mentor, and evaluate team members to enhance their skills and performance.
  3. Maintain accurate records of hatchery production, including egg handling, incubation data, and chick quality.
  4. Implement and enforce biosecurity protocols to prevent disease and ensure the health of hatchlings.
  5. Collaborate with management to develop and improve hatchery processes and productivity.
  6. Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues as they arise.
  7. Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
  8. Assist in inventory management of supplies and equipment.
